We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 14 business days, though most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your order is packaged, it will be picked up by USPS at the end of the business day and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. After USPS receives your package, the estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days. Please note that this is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delivery may take longer due to transit delays, severe weather, holidays, or other postal service interruptions. USPS also does not deliver on Sundays or certain holidays.

Please note that The Burlap Buffalo does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, The Burlap Buffalo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
