Return & Cancellation Policy

The Burlap Buffalo wants you to love your purchase! Please review our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Store Credit

•           The Burlap Buffalo offers store credit only on eligible returns. No refunds will be issued.

•           All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

•           Eligible regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided The Burlap Buffalo is notified within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

•           Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

•           Once an eligible return is received and approved, store credit will be issued.

•           Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error made by The Burlap Buffalo and we determine that the shipping charges should also be refunded.

•           Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our behalf.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests may be accepted at the sole discretion of The Burlap Buffalo and are not guaranteed.

If a cancellation is approved, store credit will be issued only. No refunds will be provided for canceled orders.

In the event The Burlap Buffalo chooses to make an exception and issue a refund to the original form of payment prior to shipping, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing and other costs associated with the original transaction.

Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligible returns.

In-Store Pickup Orders 

All in-store pickup orders must be picked up within 6 months of purchase. Any order that has not been picked up after 6 months will be considered abandoned and will be donated to a local charity without a refund or store credit.

By placing an order with The Burlap Buffalo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Cancellation Policy.
