Return Policy:

The Burlap Buffalo offers exchanges ONLY.

All sale items are final sale.

Email customerservice@theburlapbuffalo.com for all shipping and return questions. Return information will be provided at the time of decision. All shipping & handling charges will NOT be returned (unless it was an error on The Burlap Buffalo's behalf & we have decided to return shipping charges as well). Once item is returned in good condition, we will offer you an in store credit, that is valid for 6 months!

*Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the United States and Canada, if notified within 7 days of receiving item(s).

Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests may be accepted at the discretion of The Burlap Buffalo and are not guaranteed. If a cancellation is approved, store credit will be issued only. No refunds will be provided for canceled orders. 

**All in store pickup orders not picked up by customer after 6 months will be donated to a local charity (without a refund).
